Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our postpartum unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Float to similar acuity units as needed. Administer nursing care to postpartum patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management. Perform IV starts and manage IV therapy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of postpartum nursing experience. BLS and IV certification are required. Strong skills in IV initiation and management. Experience in labor and delivery (L&D) preferred. Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system is required. Previous travel nursing experience is a plus. Shift Details Shifts will be 3x12 hours, specifically during day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30. Parking Information WMC Permit: 24/7 access with a monthly fee option. WB Permit: The most economical option with weekend and holiday access and shuttle service. CXS Permit: Lower cost with limited shuttle access. The Pink shuttle provides direct transport to the medical center from designated parking lots, operating every 3–5 minutes during peak hours.
