There may be opportunities to float to Cardiac and Vascular Holding. Weekend and On-Call Requirements Requires participation in a weekend call rotation, with availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Job Description This role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on pre-operative and post-operative patient care. Candidates should possess a strong background in pre/post-operative settings, particularly within cardiology and non-invasive procedures. Unit Information Bed Size: 2 procedure rooms, 3 pre/post bays Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 3 patients Patient Types: Non-invasive cardiology procedures including Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE), cardioversions, and stress tests Qualifications Minimum of 24 months of experience in pre/post-operative or cardiac settings is required Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is necessary Experience performing Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE) is required Experience with cardioversions is required Experience with stress testing is preferred Certifications Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA is required Additional Information Candidates must meet all requirements outlined above, including relevant experience and certifications.
