The nurse will be responsible for managing patient flow through the procedure process, ensuring a high level of patient care and comfort. Unit Information Bed Size: 2 procedure rooms, 3 pre/post bays Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3 Patient Types: Non-invasive cardiology procedures Qualifications Minimum of 24 months of experience in pre/post-operative care, PACU, or a cardiac/cardiology setting is required Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) is required Experience with TEE and cardioversion is required Experience with stress testing is preferred First-time travelers must have at least 3 years of experience in related areas Certification Requirements BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required Current state nursing license in Iowa is required Additional Information Must be located at least 50 miles away from the facility Previous employees who have worked as full-time or PRN at the associated employer cannot reapply within 12 months Holiday Requirements: Availability to work 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) if the unit is open PK-38468256
