Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a focus on Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in the Progressive Care Unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Monitor and assess patient conditions, and communicate findings to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Float between different units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and versatility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Participate in continuous professional development and maintain required certifications. Shift Information This is a night shift position with a schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Patient Ratios Estimated patient ratios are 1:4, allowing for focused and individualized patient care. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting is required. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory. Experience with EPIC electronic health records is required.
