Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join our team on a night shift schedule. This role will require flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed. Shift Details Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Every other weekend required Patient Care Responsibilities Estimated patient-to-nurse ratio: 1:3 Conduct conscious sedation procedures Manage ventilators and telemetry monitoring Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred Experience with EPIC electronic health records is required Skills & Competencies Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
