This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as the nurse will float to various units across multiple locations as needed. Shift Information Night Shift: 3x12 Hours (19:00 - 07:30) Weekends may be required Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols. Utilize technology and electronic health records for documentation and communication. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required. Experience in a PCU or similar environment preferred. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required. Proficient in starting intravenous (IV) lines and telemetry monitoring. EPIC experience is mandatory. Willingness to float to different units and locations as necessary.
