Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a progressive care setting. Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Participate in shift report and team meetings. Float to different units as required. Schedule This position is for night shifts, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. The schedule will include weekdays, some weekends, and rotating holidays. Qualifications 1 year of nursing experience required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required. Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
