Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU. Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Participate in training and educational programs as required. Float to other units as necessary to meet staffing needs. Qualifications Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Completion of a nursing program from an accredited institution. A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required; however, candidates with only 1 year of experience will require manager review. Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory. Work Schedule This position requires working weekdays and some weekends with rotating holidays. Shifts may include rotating or straight nights.
