Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. This role involves working night shifts and may require floating to other affiliated locations within the region as needed. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in diverse clinical settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management. Utilize strong assessment and clinical skills to monitor patient health and respond to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Record patient information accurately in electronic health records. Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse. BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required. Experience with IV starts and telemetry is essential. Proficient in EPIC electronic health record system. Weekend shifts may be required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Additional Information As part of the Float Pool, nurses may need to work across different locations, with no commuting required as the alternate sites are approximately a short walk away.
