Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac/Telemetry Shift Information Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Schedule includes 36 hours per week with every other weekend required. No on-call requirement. Experience Requirements A minimum of 3 years of current or recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required. Candidates must be able to read Telemetry and will be assessed for this skill on the first day of work; failure to pass will result in termination. Certifications/Requirements Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required. Current proficiency with Epic EMR is mandatory; refresher classes or one-on-one assistance cannot be provided. Job Overview The Registered Nurse will primarily work on the Cardiac unit but may also need to float to various Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
