 Wellspring Nurse Source started back in 2014 when Kelly Court, a highly respected RN with years of ER, Trauma, Case Management, and Senior Management experience saw a need within the healthcare travel community. She partnered with Melissa Peirce, a seasoned staffing executive, to found a staffing agency that would actually support and care for the caregivers. They wanted clinicians to feel like they were more than a number and a paycheck. In a nutshell, they wanted to really care for those that care while helping them find their dream assignments at top medical facilities across the US.
