- Travel 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, Day
Shift: clinic is open Monday-Thursday 7 am-7:30 pm and Friday 7 am-5 pm.
Required to work a minimum of 2 evenings.
Often allowed to work either 4- 10 days or 5- 8 days.
If 4- 10 hour days, we need to look at schedules and decide which day off. (Usually Tues or Thurs.)
Free onsite parking.
Requirements:
MA PT license and BLS required.
Experience/Qualifications: 3+ yrs in an Outpatient PT setting. EPIC experience is helpful.
The caseload consists mostly of the adult population with Ortho, Neuro, and Vestibular diagnoses.
Shift: clinic is open Monday-Thursday 7 am-7:30 pm and Friday 7 am-5 pm.
Required to work a minimum of 2 evenings.
Working with a Team of 16 PTs in a diverse setting.
Expected to see 11-12 patients in an 8-hour shift.
Graduate from a certified PT program.
MA PT License and BLS required.
