Emerald Health Services is hiring a Travel RN - Case Manager

 Shift: Days/ 7a-3p, 8x5, 40hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks

 Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience
  • ACLS
  • BLS
 932 RN - Case Mgmt 40 Hour Week RN Care Manager PC (Home Health) - Hospice Provides excellent patient care by assisting in collaboration development implementation revision and reporting of the case management program. Acts as a liaison between the patient family nurse physicians multidisciplinary team and patient's healthcare benefactor to optimize outcomes. Serves as a consultant to the healthcare team on specific patient items.
