Shift: Days/7a-3p, 8x5, 40hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience Preferred 
  • High School Education/GED or equivalent Preferred
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Required
  • BLS
  • Health Care Provider certification Required
  • Arrhythmia certification Preferred
  • Required Arrhythmia certification Preferred Valid Driver's License (DL) Required
  • Must have Home Health experience

1128 RN - Home Health 40 hours per week JOB SUMMARY Performs procedures which require specialized training for general nursing care and related services forassigned patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD) in accordance withestablished policy. Participates in the planning for and provision of patient care. Uses knowledge of asepsis inperformance of treatments such as sterile dressings irritations and cauterizations. Provides functionaldirection to ancillary personnel.
