Job Description

Emerald Health Services is hiring a Travel RN - ICU

Shift: Rotating, 12x3, 36hours per week, every 3rd weekend, one on call weekend shift per week, holidays required

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • MD License 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • 3.5-5 years of Strong Core ICU Experience
  • Must have experience from academic/teaching large level 1 trauma facilities.
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS preferred
  • CCRN preferred
COVID vaccine required
Flu vaccine required 
Expertise in ECG interpretation and management of dysrhythmias: including medications and cardioversion. Demonstrates ability in 12 lead EKG interpretation
Expertise in airway management, including proficiency with BVM, airway adjuncts and escalation of oxygen delivery devices potentially leading to intubation or advanced airways
Experience with clinically deteriorating patients, airway emergencies and cardiac arrests
Able to manage resuscitation equipment including LUCAS device, zoll cardiac/defibrillator, end tidal CO2 and Stryker stretcher
