Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract

Requirements:
  • IN License
  • 1 year experience

We are asking for PCU level of care, referral only, triage of social work services across two unit that comprise a total of 60 beds.

Patients in need of social work intervention to remove barriers for patients discharging home or to a facility once medically cleared.

Department Details/Types of Cases: Inpatient Generalist providing psycho-social assessment, intervention, and referral to treatment and resources on a multi-disciplinary team for patients at a trauma 1 medical center in Indianapolis. Provide brief counseling, crisis response and de-escalation as a team member of the aggression prevention team.
