We are looking for a Travel Physical Therapist Allied for a great Travel allied job in Hueytown, AL.

This Physical Therapist Travel allied job pays for 40 hours a week for 13 weeks.

Shift: open to 8-hour days or 4x9s or 4x10s . Will discuss during interview
Facility would like to offer a $3,000 completion bonus to the traveler after 16-weeks. Terms: 576 hours in a 16-week period with no more than 2 call offs or tardies. All Documentation must be completed in a timely manner and satisfactory.

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
