Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a 

Travel - PT Outpatient

Shift: Variable Days / 8's, 10's 40hrs per week, 

M-F with some weekends and holidays

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • ND is part of the PT compact privilege states
  • 1 Year Experience
  • BLS
  • Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred

ASAP starts needed

8 or 10 hours shifts available.

*Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred

*Pending Physical Therapist license or temporary permit is OK to submit. However, must have license in hand to start. ND is a compact state. If the traveler possesses a license in another compact state the turnaround time is the same day if applied to online.

Compact states: AR, AZ, CO, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, SD, TN, OK, OR, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV

Shift:

M-F with some weekends and holidays

Provide services to patients/clients of all ages who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Develop an individualized plan of care focused on mutually determined physical and functional goals to provide the highest quality of care to patients. The physical therapist will interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals and direct and supervise physical therapy services, including supportive personnel. Physical therapist will also participate in provision of prevention and wellness services, including screenings and health promotion.
