Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - CVPCU E4

Shift: Nights/ 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, No Call

Length: 13 Weeks

Minimum 6 weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday day/night) per 6 week schedule period
Flexible to work Holiday

Requirements:

  • NC License
  • 2 years experience
  • Stepdown experience
  • Telemetry experience
  • Must have prior CV critical care experience
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • Prior CV surgery and vascular surgery population experience preferred (open heart, TAVR, lobectomy, AAA repair, and fem-pop bypass) within a year
  • CVICU experience preferred

Others:

  •  Floating Area(s): Any SD (1:5 ratios) or MS (1:6-7 ratios) unit, ER inpatient holding area (1:6)
  • Type of equipment – Baxter IV pumps, CADD epidural pumps, various lifts
  • Patient Ratios – 1:5 patients per RN, 1:13 for PCT’s
  • Cerner EMR
