Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a 

Travel RN - 

Telemetry

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • SD License 
  • 1 Year Experience
  • Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing;  Registered Nurse (RN) 
  • BCLS
  • ACLS
  • Epic – (preferred)

Other Details:

  • Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, Blood product administration, CIWA, drain/tube management, indwelling and straight catheter insertion/management, insulin drips - non-DKA only, continuous bladder irrigation, chest tube maintenance; Effective verbal and written communication, thorough physical assessments, strong clinical judgement, professional bedside manner, strong team player, positive attitude, adaptability
  • Travelers must live 100 miles away from any Monument Health facility
  • Previous permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
