The short answer is yes, Wanderly is very much “legit.” Wanderly is not, however, another of the 500+ travel nursing agencies that directly employ travel nurses. Instead, Wanderly has brought unprecedented and desperately needed innovation to the travel nursing community.
Previously, the travel nursing industry was stunted by the arduous process of applying individually to the multitudes of travel nursing agencies. This time-consuming and tedious undertaking required nurses to reach out independently to different agencies, doing their own research and resubmitting identical paperwork in the hopes that at the end of the process, they would have secured a job.
